The Stelligent Continuous Coaching service addresses this important need. As a low-cost, ongoing engagement, Continuous Coaching helps our customers ensure they remain on track and are extending the positive trends introduced in other Stelligent service offerings.
Stelligent will continue to help teams accelerate their ability to
deliver by providing targeted coaching for CI, build, version control,
developer testing, code inspection and refactoring practices. With
coaching, we ensure teams their CI system and associated processes
provide teams the benefits sought from accelerated delivery. Examples
of services included in continuous coaching are:
- Remote management of your CI server
- Consolidation and analysis of code inspections
- Recommendations for source code and test improvements (refactoring)
- Techniques in managing software using a version control system
- A conference call with your development team on a periodic basis
