John T. Hazel, Jr.
Chairman
Mr. Hazel has been engaged in the general practice of law for more than
35 years, with involvement in various residential and commercial land
acquisition, development and management activities. He is currently a
principal at the Angler Companies, which provide professional services
for property development.
Mr. Hazel is the former Owner and Chairman of the Board of Hazel
& Thomas, P.C. who merged to form Reed, Smith, Hazel & Thomas
in 1999. Mr. Hazel earned a degree in law from Harvard College in 1951.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Virginia Bar
Association and the Chairman of the Virginia Business Higher Education
Council. |

Burke Cox
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Stelligent Incorporated, Mr. Cox is responsible for overall
financial and operational management of Stelligent. His primary
responsibilities include business development, marketing, strategic
planning, partner relations, corporate operations, capital acquisition,
financial management and board relations.
He serves on the industry advisory board for the Auburn University
Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering and the
advisory board for the George Mason University College of Information
Technology and Engineering. |

Ron Wright
Treasurer
Mr. Wright is Chairman of Next Century Technologies, Inc., an
investment holding company based in Northern Virginia. Mr. Wright was
Co-Founder, President and CEO of Neurosoft, Inc. a leading manufacturer
of neurodiagnostic medical devices. He serves as Director / Treasurer
of the Virginia Biotechnology Research Park Authority. Mr. Wright also
serves on the Board of Directors for several US and foreign companies
in the healthcare and IT industries. He is a graduate of Eisenhower
College. |

Andrew Glover
President
As President, Mr. Glover leads the business and technology strategy for
Stelligent. His primary responsibilities include the strategic
development of Stelligent’s products and services and in accelerating
Stelligent's position as a leader in the field of software quality.
Mr. Glover is an established expert in automated testing frameworks and
tools. He is a published author for multiple online publications
including IBM’s DeveloperWorks and Oreilly’s ONJava and ONLamp portals;
additionally, he is the co-author of “Java Testing Patterns”
published by Wiley in September 2004 and is currently co-authoring a
book on Continuous Integration for Addison-Wesley. Mr. Glover is a
frequent speaker at Java Users Groups around the country as well as a
speaker for the No Fluff Just Stuff Software Symposium group.
His interest in building quality into software with technologies that
lower software bug counts, reduce integration and testing times, and
improve overall code stability led him to found Vanward Technologies in
2001. Vanward was acquired by JNetDirect in 2005 and was renamed to
Stelligent in 2006. |

Dr. Lloyd Griffiths
Dean of Information and Technology, George Mason University
Dr. Griffiths is the Dean of the Information and Technology School at
George Mason University. Dr. Griffiths holds a Ph.D. in Engineering
from Stanford University. The school focuses on cutting-edge IT
applications as well as fundamental engineering principles and
problem-solving methods. |

Earle Williams
Director
Mr. Williams led BDM from 1972 through his retirement in 1992. During
that period BDM grew from $7.7 million in sales and 430 employees to
sales of $420 million and 4,500 employees. Mr. Williams remained on the
board of directors until BDM was acquired by TRW in December 1997 and
holds an Engineering Degree from Auburn University. |

Mark Belles
Vice President, Vignette
Mark E. Belles is vice president of strategic alliances and business
development at Vignette, where he leads the strategic development and
maintenance of the company's expanding partner program. Currently,
Belles focuses on the development of an OEM network as well as
nurturing and enhancing relationships with strategic technology and
consulting partners.
Prior to Vignette, Belles served as vice president of global
alliances for Dimension Data Holdings, plc, a leading technology
services company. In this role, Belles oversaw the $2.5 billion
company's partner program, leading strategic alliances programs across
the five global regions and successfully integrating the alliance teams
of eight companies acquired by Dimension Data.
Belles joined Dimension Data through the company's acquisition of
Proxicom, where he established the company's alliance program,
developing partnerships with leading technology and service companies.
Belles gained experience in the partner organizations of PaylinX
Corporation and IBM, where he worked for nine years in a variety of
roles.
Belles is a graduate of St. Olaf College with a BA in mathematics
and economics, and studied at Cambridge University and the University
of Lancaster in England. |

Dr. Stephen Crocker
Chief Executive Officer, Shinkuro
Mr. Crocker has worked in the Internet community since its inception.
As a UCLA graduate student in the 1960's, Steve helped create the
Arpanet protocols which were the foundation for today's Internet. For
this work, Dr. Crocker was recently awarded the 2002 IEEE Internet
Award.
In early 2002, Mr. Crocker co-founded Shinkuro, a research and
development company with a strong interest in information sharing
across organizational boundaries. |

Michael Mannix
Partner, Holland & Knight, LLC
In addition to serving as primary legal counsel for JNetDirect, Mr.
Mannix is a partner in the Reston, VA office of Holland & Knight,
LLP. He practices in the areas of general corporate law and corporate
finance. Mr. Mannix has represented public and private companies in a
variety of business transactions. His experience includes stock
arrangements, licensing, vendor and OEM arrangements, complex
agreements, corporate finance, business and tax planning and
employment. In addition, he has extensive experience in the areas of
venture capital transactions, and exempt (Regulation D) offerings,
corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions. |
